On April 1st, 2016, at approximately 6:00 am, two male suspects forcefully entered a neighborhood grocery store at 201 Macon Road.  Once inside of the business, the suspects stole cash from the register and fled the scene.  Both suspects were captured on surveillance video within the store.

Business Burglary
March 24, 2016

Lafayette Crime Stoppers needs your help in identifying the suspect who committed a burglary.    

 

On December 16th, 2015, the business of Primeaux’s RV was burglarized.  At approximately 8:25pm the suspect approached the parts department door and appeared to make entry without force.  Once inside the suspect went to the alarm pad and appeared to deactivate the alarm system.  The suspect entered the area near the cash register and appeared to know where he was going.  The suspect went directly to the cash drawer and removed a small amount of cash.

Access Card Cloning / Unauthorized Use of an Access

CAR BURGLARY
March 04, 2016

On February 23, 2016, at approximately 4:00 pm, a black male suspect entered a parking lot in the 400 block of Gordon Street and began entering unlocked vehicles.  The suspect would locate and steal a .45 caliber pistol from the interior of the victim’s vehicle.  The suspect was captured on surveillance video fleeing the scene in a 2013 or 14 silver Ford Focus that was equipped with a sunroof.

On January 16, 2016, a white male suspect entered the business at 415 Bertrand Drive and demanded money from the register.  The suspect told the clerk that he had a gun, but never revealed it. The suspect was captured on surveillance video inside of the store wearing a white mask and glove.  Detectives believe a dark colored Chevrolet Colorado seen in the parking lot is related to the robbery.

On Saturday, December 5, 2015, at 4:50 am, the Lafayette Fire Department responded to a vacant house fire at 105 Sonny Street in Lafayette. Arson Investigators believed the suspect forced off wooden boards from a window to gain access to the interior of the home.  Once inside, the suspect ignited a fire using an ignitable liquid.

On October 26, 2015, several suspects burglarized vehicles in the 100 block of Greenfield Drive in Carencro.  These burglaries occurred between the hours of 3:30am – 4:05am. Taken were firearms, cash, and miscellaneous items.  Video surveillance captured two of the suspects as they were checking for unlocked doors.  Detectives are investigating approximately 20 burglaries in the area and are asking for your assistance in identifying the suspects in the video.

Felony Theft
October 23, 2015

Lafayette Crime Stoppers need your help in identifying the suspects responsible for a felony Theft.  The theft occurred within the City of Lafayette, now Crime Stoppers needs your help in solving the crime.

 

Between Friday October 9 and Monday, October 12, 2015, several suspects entered the property of a business at 304 Tubing Drive in Lafayette.  The suspects stole a 14 foot utilities trailer with a Kubota tractor on it.  Surveillance video captured the suspects in a white Ford F250 stealing the trailer and tractor.
